HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?
Orders typically takes 7-10 days to print. Plus additional delivery time depends on the shipping method chosen (normally 3-4 days). Sometimes things move faster, but during holiday seasons, it might take just a bit more time.
RETURN POLICIES
ALL PRODUCTS ARE PRODUCED UPON ORDER PLACED, HENCE, WE DO NOT ACCEPT PRODUCT RETURNS ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED. Should you experience an issue or problem with your order, notify us immediately. We will try to find the best possible solution to resolve it. However, it’s the management’s decision that will be the final one on any issues.
TO REPORT A PROBLEM, PLEASE INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING IN THE EMAIL:

LOST SHIPMENT OR RETURN TO SENDER
Report lost orders immediately with all relevant information above. We will investigate promptly. For returned shipments due to:
- Incorrect Address: If the address provided is insufficient, the shipment will be returned and safely disposed of. A new order with the correct address will be required plus payment for the new order.
- Rejected by Recipient: If you reject delivery, the shipment will be returned and disposed of safely. You will remain responsible for the order cost.
- Unclaimed: If a shipment isn’t received at the specified address, it may be held at the local post office or carrier pickup point. Unclaimed orders returned to sender will also incur charges as well as disposed of.
COLOR CONSISTENCIES ON PRINTED ARTWORK
Please note that there might be colour inconsistencies between a picture seen on a computer screen/tablet/mobile phone and what is printed as product. Please bear this in mind when placing the order.
IMPORTANT POINTS TO NOTICE ABOUT BROWSERS
Some web browsers may be set to translation mode, which can automatically change the currency sign to your local currency. For instance, the EUR symbol could be shown as USD symbol, but the price itself will not be converted. Ensure your browser’s translation feature is disabled to avoid displaying the wrong currency symbol. All products are priced in EUR, and your credit card company will charge the equivalent amount based on the credit card current exchange rates at the time of purchase.
Some browsers might get stuck on the product configuration selection. If this happens, click on the “Clear” message to reset. Once the right configuration is selected, it will be shown above the “Add to basket” button. Check this carefully before adding it to the basket.

OUT OF STOCK OR STOCK INFORMATION
Every product is custom-printed on demand, and stock status reflects the availability of raw materials used for printing. Stock updates are primarily tailored to European markets. If you see “Out of Stock,” don’t worry—it only applies to Europe and might not impact availability in your region.
